BLOC is a national network of young people and their allies who seek build deep and lasting transformation in communities across the United States. This transformation is firmly rooted in the principles and vision of social justice. Historically, young people, particularly those who emerge from the nation’s most disenfranchised communities, have created vibrant movements that propel the national social justice agenda forward.
